The Bernina L450 is a brand new Serger/Overlocker from Bernina. Packed with well designed features it is a great machine for those new to overlocking or those well rehearsed.

It’s patented micro thread control (MTC) is easy to use with its one-step adjustment that fine tunes looper stitches to ensure they fit the cut edge. This is a great feature that reduces the amount of test sew-outs needed when looking for the perfect stitch and creates professional seams with perfectly finished edges. The L450 also offers ultimate comfort with two bright LED lights that illuminate the sewing area as well as the looper threading area. Threading is easy and ergonomic with the lower looper threader. Using the looper cover door to store your tools means they are easily accessible and always at your fingertips. There is even a cut-offs bin for fabrics and threads, so you can keep your work area clean as you create your projects. It is also a great place for storing the foot control when it's not in use. The L450 is designed for fast and smooth sewing at any speed. It will stitch and cut thick fabrics with ease and precision, creating wave-free seams in knits and pucker-free seams in fine fabrics using the differential feed function.
