March 2018 Stitch&Create Sewing Show
On 16th & 17th November 2018, Stitchagain sewing machine specialists and Joy to Create sewing school combined forces to host another fantastic free sewing event called the Stitch & Create show. It marked the launch of the amazing new Pfaff Fabric Frame and 6 new Pfaff sewing machines. Luu Eliza was there with information on the exciting Premier Plus 2 embroidery software, Horn cabinets with their specialist sewing furniture and Joy to Create had a huge fabric sale again, with all bolts reduced from as little as £3 per metre and many accessories, buttons, thread and ribbon. There was also a raffle which attendees were included in for free upon entry, to win a PFAFF Passport 3.0 sewing machine worth £579. We are pleased to announce the winner was drawn the next day during a workshop at Joy to Create sewing school. The winner is… drum roll! Linda with ticket number 186! Linda was surprised and delighted and when we rang her she said “it’s a lovely machine and I’m not going to argue with that!” Congratulations Linda! Both Stitchagain and Joy to Create want to say a huge, huge thank you to all of the wonderful and amazing students from Joy to Create who not only helped but made the event possible. March 2018 Stitch&Create Sewing Show
On the 9th-10th March Stitch Again sewing machine specialists and Joy to Create sewing school combined forces with BERNINA, BERNETTE and HORN to host the fantastic free sewing show Stitch & Create. There was a raffle to win a brand new Bernette b33! The show marked the launch of 4 amazing new Bernina 5 series machines and showcased the much loved Bernina and Bernette ranges. The huge fabric sale with high quality fabrics from Makower, Dashwood, Guttermann and others was back by popular demand with fabric at just £7 per metre, as well as fat quarters and panels at reduced prices. There was a large range of Horn furniture on show, specialists in sewing cabinets where the sewing machine neatly disappears into the cabinet at the push of a button. Demonstrations on the newly released Bernina DesignerPlus 8 software and Toolbox embroidery software and the eagerly awaited Bernina accessory project workshops were an absolute hit. Students brought their own Bernina machines and used a variety of Bernina accessories to make their own Japanese knot bag with Bernina product educator Stephanie Morgan. The event itself and the software demos were free to attend. The Bernina accessory workshops were just £10 including all materials. Attendees were also entered into the raffle when they sign up to Stitchagain’s newsletter when registering for tickets and then attending the event....
We are pleased to announce the raffle was drawn at the end of the show on Saturday by 6yo Amelie and the winner of the Bernette B33 was ticket number 23, belonging to Kay! Here is the winning number being drawn and then a picture of our lucky winner Kay when she collected her new Bernette B33.
November 2017 Stitch&Create Sewing Show
On 17th November 2017, Stitchagain sewing machine specialists and Joy to Create sewing school combined forces to host a fantastic free sewing event to mark the launch of the amazing new Pfaff Creative Icon sewing & embroidery machine. The Pfaff Creative Icon is the most advanced machine Pfaff have ever produced and the event that showcased not only this fantastic machine but a range of both Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking sewing machines. There was information on the newly released Premier Plus 2 embroidery software, a fabric sale with all bolts £7pm and fat quarters £2 or less and PFAFF Icon project workshops. There was also a raffle, entry to which was included for free upon entry, to win a PFAFF Passport 3.0 sewing machine. The event was free to enter and was a complete success!
A huge, huge thank you to all of the wonderful and amazing students from Joy to Create who came to the event and helped in many different ways! We love you.
